US Airways Flug von Philadelphia nach Miami

we were forced to sit in Seat 4A and 4B because we were travelling with a 2yr old boy. not a single of my attempts to get other seats were heard. you should know: in front of row 4 is a wall that separates business from economy class.: NO LEG SPACE!!!!!!

First of all I could not book a seat online, because we travelled with our little boy. so we had no choice.

US AIRWAYS tried to make us believe: every parent with an infant would have to sit in row 4. I tried everything to get other seats, but US AIRWAYS DOES NOT CARE AT ALL. no one feels responsible or even gives an answer.

then the flight was very bumpy, which of course is not us airways` fault, but it is not funny when you can only watch a wall right in front of you when you are shaken around from a bumpy flight.

on our way back home, we found out, US airways are liars, because on the flight Philadelphia-Amsterdam, there were 2 more infants on the flight, not one of them was even sitting close to row 4!!!, a mother travelling with her 13 month old daughter had travelled in row 28 and US AIRWAYS had put her daughter in row 15!!!

US AIRWAYS ARE CHILDREN DISCRIMINATERS!!!
Rating of service: no food, no entertainment, so I can not even rate that: US AIRWAYS WAS A BIG MISTAKE: NEVER AGAIN!
