Air India Bewertung | very bad management by Air India
Air India Flug von Delhi nach Frankfurt
Our plane from Delhi arrived 3 hours too late because of the bad weather, as they told us. But that was not the truth, because we could see many other airoplanes landing and starting. So the departure of our machine IC414 back to Delhi was for ours too late and we missed the connection flight to Frankfurt.
We had to wait at Delhi airport for more than 24 hours, without getting a bed or a hotel. About ten people had to wait, we had big discussion with the duty manager, but the only thing we got was a curry and a coca cola for the whole night... We were tired and hungry! No bed - nothing!!!
It is a very bad management!! I will never fligh with Air India again!! And I will never recommend to anybody to fligh with Air India!!
Attention, don`t fligh with Air India!!!
