I was flying several times with RAM. The service has always been rather bad. The planes are old, some electronic TVs were not working ... and every single time was my seat spot dirty!! No coincidence. It can happen one time. Disgusting food leftovers on my buckle of the seatbelt. Really terrible! The staff is not well trained at all.

The worst experience was last time: my flight from Casablanca. I had NO hand luggage ... my suitcase was overweight at 2,1 kg. Basically nothing! The girl on the desk asked for €uro 500,00!!! I told her many times that I am not paying that and that it could NEVER cost that much. Her English was so bad, also the guy she called had no English skills at all!! He was her supervisor ... all he could do was being arrogant.

Told me to check the restrictions online. I did and told him it would be €uro 50,00 max! Such a joke. He didn´t even apologized and said sorry for his grave fault. Such embarrassing behavior. Even Morrocan people behind me told them in their language how inappropriate their behavior is. I got really mad afterward when I paid and saw in the dirty plane that it was almost empty! So why did I pay overweight? Ungenerously!

Exploit Western people is all they can. In fact: dirty old planes, no language skills, rude and trying to ripp of rich tourists. Sad!! Wannabe country and the easiest things do not work. I hope the new airline will be much better than ROYAL AIR MAROC! Fail!!! They did not tell anyone who was not wearing a mask to do so.

HORROR. Schmutzige Flugzeuge. Schrecklicher Service, Unfreundlich und arrogant. Zocken Touristen mit 2 KG Übergepäck ab obwohl das Flugzeug halb leer ist und man nicht einmal Handgepäck hat. Über €uro 50,00. Frechheit und dann noch kein Wort Englisch sprechen.
