Turkish Airlines Flug von Zürich nach Osaka

ZH-IST-KIX: Big delays and 3 nights without luggage. Plane from Zürich to Istanbul was 4.5 hrs late, missed the night flight to Osaka, took the next flight 24 hrs later but the luggage didn´t make it. The transportation to the hotel in IST was organized however, the hotel was a 40 min ride across the Bosporus arriving at 4am and the buses were so full and we had to sit on the floor. The real almost funny part started once I started to claim this little money I spent on some underwear in Osaka but I wanted to see how TK interprets the word "service".

The compensation request is actually hidden under the feedback button on the website which I found with the help of a telephone assistant. To cut the story short, I had the patience for 5 email rounds with probably pre-fabricated answers "we appreciate you as customer, excellence in service, we want you to fly TK again" but none actually addressed my request and the claim got simply ignored (actually the same on the phone which I tried once).

The purpose was clear, turn you in circles until you give up. To be fair, the in-flight service was okay but would I fly TK again? Not if I can avoid it because there was no information during all these delays and if something doesn´tt go right you are on your own.
