Norwegian Flug von Malaga nach München

One of the cabin crew and I believe it was the Purserette acted in an inappropriate way. I ordered for my girlfriend and for me a couple of drinks and meals. The ordered beer was warm and I asked the cabin manager very friendly, if it is usual in Norway to drink warm beer. She only answered in a rude and rather arrogant manner that I should have proof the beer after purchasing and before opening. My girlfriend, another passenger sitting beside us and me were shocked to receive such a disdained answer. I complained her misbehavior and wanted to know her name. She did not answer and went away.

We searched help from one of the other crew members, explained the situation and asked for the name of this person. But the other crew member also refused to hand over the name of this person. She said that this person is her superior and that she may not give us her name. She also went away and came back after a while to us and she said, that the cabin manager is waiting in the front of airplane and if we have a problem with her, we shall go to her. I could not believe what I have heard. My Girlfriend, the other passenger sitting beside us was shocked and irritated. The passenger sitting beside us was Spanish speaking and she also was complaining these strange behaviours in Spanish. Unfortunately a futile attempt!

Our complaints were only ignored! The company, we contacted after the Flight in order to denote our displeasure, did it on the same way. They did not answer and ignored also our complaints. We never were confronted with such a cheeky and cold staff in a airplane. The company is also not interested to put right any mistakes! You as a guest only feel disparaged. A very bad experience!
