Alitalia the Airline with what u Measure bad quality airline

On our way to new York from Rome we had nothing but problems the seat was dirty there were yellow stains where you can put ur drinks. You had to beg the stewards and stewardess for something to drink and they were making fun of the passengers in Italian. The food was revolting which is surprising since the Italians know how to cook. The plane was almost 1 hour late which was not the problem.

We had a 9 hours flight and the tv didnt work when we complained we got newspapers in Italian and a warm limoncello which is a alcoholic drink sever cold And on the flight back all the same problems happend again! This was so far the worst flight in my life I am surprised that the wings were not made out of paper Alitalia is the unit or the conversion factor of bad airlines I have been flying with many different airlines but It never happend the non of the tv worked twice the food was so bad you couldn't eat it and that they had self service on board And if you calle somebody (through the button on the remot controlle the simply turned it off and they didn't come I will never fly with this airline again!!!
