This is our personal experience and View. Maybe your experience is better than ours. My personal decision out of the behaviour of Air France is, that I will never use it again. I am a frequent flyer with approx. 50 round trips a year and have never experienced such a customer orientation. We were booked on CDG-DUS. Flight was cancelled and the behaviour of Air France staff was inacceptable. No efficient information, Customer Service closed his counter while we were asking for compensation, as he did not want to discuss. No flight was offered at the end, claiming at Air France did not lead to any result. With reference 5135968001 they denied any passenger rights. We will never fly Air France again. This airline was not able to hande special situations, correspondence was not taken serious, as they did not answer on the questions posed by us as their customers. WE WILL NEVER FLY AIR FRANCE AGAIN, because of the inefficient and ridiculous service and correspondence we received. Try your luck with that airline, spoken for us, we can not recommend it because of our personal experience.
