Air France Bewertung | YUL-CDG-ZRH worst trip ever

Air France Flug von Montreal nach Zürich

hello.

I was flying on 13 june from YUL to ZRH via CDG in business class and as a Platinum member.

1.) boarding was late
2.) the entertainement system did not work properly, even after several reset attempts by the crew.
3.) i could neither read a book, as the overhead lights did not work. as the airplane was full, we could not change seats
4.) for a non-vegetarian like me, there was no choice for dinner, only chicken
5.) the cabin crew did not care for our connection flight, so i had to ask them and they said it is no problem, just take the navette bus.
6. the airplaine did arrive late, by almost 1 hour.
7. there was no assisting person at the gate to bring us by bus to the departure gate.
however, there was assistance for other flights
8. we had to run from one end to the other at CDG, even getting outside of the security zone, taking the navette to terminal G2 and going through the wole security process.
9. when we arrive at the gate, it was already closed. however, we could enter the airplane
10. at the arrival at ZRH the baggage was not there. Staff promised to send it today.
by 23:00 it did not arrive yet

all over all, the worst flying experience ever. even considering business class and being a new platinium member, it shows extremly bad care for business class passenbers by Air France.
