Vueling Bewertung | The most crappy Airline I ever took

My busband and myself arrived in BCN. My suitcase (1/2 year) almost totally distroyed and our pam. There was a wheel missing. The guy at the Vueling/ Iberia counter was super surprised to see this complete damage. After I got home, I wrote them. Haven't heard for months! Then finally. We were supposed to send them the original new bill. Then I called them. Very bizarre behaviour.

They just pay 50€ for a new suitcase and for a pram I think 75 or 100€. No more! Can you imagine. You have still a great suitcase, get back with a complete destroyed one and then you just get 50€ back…. - We have not heard from them since today. I called again, I sent reminders. - Who wants to fly with such an airline again? And you have to send them the original of the bill of a new suitcase or a pram. Who wants to do that, if you have a warranty of 3 years or so on a new suitcase of pram. When I give away my original bill, I will never get any further damage back from the luggage company or from the pram company.

Even Al Italia was better. We will never ever fly again. - Just disappointment and anger. I think that's their strategy that people just give up. - What a customer service is this? Then I want to pay more, have a far better service and don't have this crappy service and enjoy my trip. - Really the worst airline we both ever took!
