Air China Bewertung | POOR! POOR! POOR!

Flying with Air China will definitely be a "ONCE & NEVER AGAIN" adventure for me. The seats/seat pockets are torn, dirty, used and in extremely poor condition (wonder whether that´s the quality & qualification to be a STAR ALLIANCE member!?)

Further, it´s not even cheap when compared to other airlines who definitely offer a much better service & comfort in even an economy class! To be honest, I can´t even think of a good point to say about the flight I was in - the food was misearble (cheap overcooked garbage), soft drinks were limited, announcements barely understood - loudspeakers on board were just loud but not audible!OK, to be fair + the check-in counter in Peking Airport went quite smoothly.

Talking about check-in: One can+t avoid having the suspicion that all the good seats (if any to begin with) such as aisle or those at the emergency exits have already been given away long before one queues up (pointles to be the first in line - there´s no first come,first serve treatment whatsoever!)To really top it off - in Air China´s website there´s a button called "web check-in" and listen to this - you can´t do a web check-in in China at all! That button is only meant for your departure flight from your home country.

What a joke!! To sum up, it´s not worth flying with Air China (no matter how cheap they say they are - it´s just money wasted!) Spend it on another airline & treat yourself to a good start into your well-deserved vacation.
