AeroMexico Bewertung | AeroMexico stole our tickets

We booked our tickets for our christmas flight early to have beds for our twins (9months) . But after they changed our connection flight we got an e-mail confirmation for the same seats one day before. Shortly after they took away those and we neither had the old ones nor the new ones and they were occupied. I spent 250€ for bad service that couldnt help me and need to male a request by my own ro get my money back. Worst Airline experience ever!
