United Airlines Flug von San Jose nach Zürich

i was having on the 24 of Januar a flight from san jose to newyork to zurich and the flight was cancelled becouse of the wetther conditionin newyork then i try to contact united air line to get a new flight and i went to the Airport san jose by united Airline Office,to ask a new flight Information ,they ppl working thier they was unfriendly and helpless ,i even talk to one who was working in the Counter, we ask him kindly, if he can call for us to ask a new flight Information, he just said, he is finsh work he is going home and i try to contact united air line per email and i send it more than 5 times. if they can send me a new flight Information NO ANSWER u can immagen the flight was 5 Uhr and i was expecting some dinner but the just give us only water and i was so dissaponted, if u have a Problem they dont help u well and i will recomand anyone go with other Airline and they will treat very well and helpfull.
